Description

Marble dining table, with round or elliptical top. Base carved from two blocks of marble and hand polished, cylindrical in shape with an upside-down arch. internal finish of the dome in polished stainless steel. The two parts of the base are separated by an aluminum ingot with logo. Internal metal frame with a felt support base. Wooden undertop with inclined edge, lacquered in RAL/NCS colors with a 10 gloss finish, 2 cm thick marble top with a half-bullnose edge and polished surface. The steel parts are available in the selection of metallic finishes. Warning: approximate weight of 500 kg on a support area of 0,35 sqm.

Yes, we do customize the furniture in terms of size, materials, finishing and design.

Offered prices are exclusive of GST and shipping. Taxes and Shipping costs are calculated at the time of check-out. Additional installation charges (if any), are calculated subject to your service location, as determined by the provided pin code.

Is it possible for me to avail input tax credit for the GST paid on your products?

Yes, you may be eligible to claim input tax credit for the GST paid on our products, subject to compliance with GST regulations. We recommend consulting with your tax advisor or financial expert for personalized guidance.

Do you use solid wood in your products?

Yes, we use solid wood which is legally procured from well-organized forests and farms. We also use Marine Grade Plywood for cabinets and HDHMR for shutter fronts or subject to design requirements.

What is the delivery time?

We generally deliver our products in 6 weeks. When you order from our website, we ensure that the order gets processed within 3 working days and gets delivered within the delivery time of the product, mentioned while confirming the order. While we try to ensure that the product reaches you within the delivery time communicated, exigencies may delay the delivery. In such cases, please do not worry. What is the delivery time for customized products?

The delivery of Customized products depends on quantity and design. Normally we deliver customized products within 6 weeks whereas bulk orders may take 10 to 12 weeks.

What are your payment methods?

We allow all payment methods like online transfer direct to our bank, payment on our website, internet banking, Credit card, debit card, and EMI option is also available. COD is not available at the moment.

What should I check when the product is delivered to me?

Please check for all the following below:

Please make sure you are video recording the unpacking of materials received.
Please check on all external surfaces across the product for any breakages, cracks, chip-offs, unfinished patches, or borer/insect infestations.
For all products that involve assembly, please ensure that the assembly of the product is done only by ekhaya appointed installation team, to ensure valid warranty of the product.
Wood has natural qualities such as differing grain patterns, minimal stain differences, and small knots. Knots that alter the structural stability of the product would be rejected at the quality control stage; differing grain patterns and stain differences are generally acceptable on the hardwood products.

What if I have received a damaged product?

We work with highly specialized quality control measures that ensure the product is up to our standards when you receive the product. In case, you receive a damaged product (damage as defined by the situations in the prior question), please get in touch with us on our customer care number or write to us at support@ekhayahomes.in, Our team will assess the damage and revert within 1-2 working days with a solution. We will either replace the piece or take any other corrective measures to solve the problem.

Do I need to submit any document for products to be delivered to my address?

Generally, there is no need to submit any document for the shipping or delivery of your products. However, if you require a GST invoice, the same should be correctly mentioned while placing the order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, ekhaya ships items outside of India at additional cost in selected European Countries, Australia, the Middle East & USA. Also, ekhaya allows you to make purchases for your loved ones in India from anywhere in the world by using your international credit/ debit cards.

How do I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

Kindly call our Customer Care Team on +91 9833877887 (Monday – Friday, 10 AM - 6 PM) or email us at support@ekhayahomes.in to confirm your new shipping address. Shipping address cannot be changed after intimation of delivery. For such a request, additional charges will apply if they exceed the scope of our standard service.

Am I required to produce the E-Way Bill or provide any documentation for it?

According to GST regulations, any shipment exceeding Rs. 50,000 necessitates an E-Way bill for transportation, both intra and inter-state. Hence, if your shipment exceeds Rs. 50,000, an E-Way bill will be mandatory. If you're purchasing our products for personal use, to ensure compliance with GST regulations, kindly furnish us with your PAN card and Aadhar Card details. Conversely, if you're procuring products for your business and need billing in your company's name, please provide us with your GST number and billing address.

Can I cancel an order?

No, we do not have a cancellation policy. Since all products are custom-made, once an order is confirmed and the payment is processed, all sales are final. We cannot accept cancellations or issue refunds.
